Arlene Acosta Mejia is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Acosta Global Education, bringing more than seven years of experience in higher education, with expertise in student recruitment, enrollment management, business development, admissions, student advising and international educational outreach.

She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education – Student Affairs, reflecting her commitment to educational leadership, student development and institutional excellence.

A fully bilingual professional in English and Spanish, Arlene is also a licensed attorney in the Dominican Republic. Her multidisciplinary background combines legal expertise, higher education leadership and immigration documentation services, allowing her to navigate complex processes while creating meaningful opportunities for students and educational institutions.

Throughout her career, Arlene has worked across the education and business sectors, contributing to strategic initiatives focused on expanding institutional outreach, strengthening recruitment partnerships, increasing student enrollment and improving the overall student experience. Her results-driven approach emphasizes relationship building, institutional growth and helping students make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures.

Her service in the United States Air Force Reserve has further shaped her leadership philosophy, reinforcing the values of discipline, integrity, accountability, teamwork and service.
